Where We Ship We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Urban areas: 2–5 business days
• Rural areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.

Rural Delivery A rural delivery surcharge may apply to orders shipped to rural addresses. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
